1. Agreement to These Terms
These terms form an agreement between the person receiving a service or using this website and BEAUTYBYBRYNLEESWARTZ LLC. A booking is accepted on the understanding that these terms have been read and accepted. If a guest does not accept these terms, the studio asks that no booking be made and that the website not be used to send information.
The agreement covers the lash and brow services described on this site, the retail products sold in the lounge, the use of this website and any related communication. It does not replace the privacy policy, which explains how personal information is handled. Where the two documents address different subjects, each applies to its own subject.
Nothing in these terms removes a right that a consumer cannot lawfully give up under the law that applies to the guest. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force and the unenforceable part is read in the way that comes closest to its intended meaning.
A short summary of the key points is given at the start of each section so that the practical rule is easy to find. The full text below the summary is the part that governs.
2. Services Offered
The lounge provides classic lash extensions, volume lash sets, brow lamination, brow tinting and shaping, lash refill appointments and aftercare retail kits. Each service is described on the services page, and the description is part of these terms. Services are performed by a trained technician at the studio address.
What a service includes
A service includes a consultation, a brow map where the service calls for one, the treatment itself, a care plan and a written record of the products used. It does not include medical advice, diagnosis of any eye or skin condition, or treatment of an infection.
Availability
The lounge runs one guest at a time. Availability is limited by the studio calendar and by the length of each appointment. The studio may decline a booking where the requested service is not suitable for the guest, where the requested time cannot be met, or where the guest has not completed a required patch test.
Changes to the menu
The studio may add, change or withdraw a service. A change does not affect a booking that has already been confirmed unless the studio cannot perform the service at all, in which case the guest is offered an alternative or a full refund of any deposit.
The studio does not offer injectable treatments, skin needling, chemical peels, tooth whitening or any service outside the lash and brow range described on this site. If a guest asks for something outside the range, the studio will say so rather than improvise.
3. Booking and Confirmation
A booking is made by message, phone call or in person at the lounge. A booking becomes firm when the studio confirms it in writing or by phone and records it in the lounge calendar. An enquiry alone is not a booking and does not hold a slot.
Guests are asked to provide a name, an email address, a phone number and the service they want. Providing accurate details matters, because the studio relies on them to confirm the time and to prepare the room. A booking made with details that later prove to be wrong may be cancelled if the studio cannot reach the guest before the appointment.
The studio sends a reminder before most appointments. A reminder is a courtesy and not a condition of the booking. A guest who does not receive a reminder is still expected to attend or to cancel, and the studio cannot accept responsibility for a message that fails to arrive because of a spam filter or an outdated address.
Group bookings and bookings for more than one guest are arranged directly with the studio so that the calendar can be kept clear. The online contact form is intended for single enquiries and general questions, not for holding several slots at once.
4. Deposits and Payments
Some services require a deposit to hold the slot, particularly long appointments and first visits at busy times. The studio will state the deposit amount when the booking is confirmed. The deposit is applied to the price of the service and is not an extra charge.
The balance is due at the end of the appointment. The lounge accepts the payment methods shown at the desk. Card payments are processed by a third party provider and are subject to that providers rules on authorisation and chargebacks. The studio does not store card details.
Prices are shown at the desk and on request. The studio may adjust prices from time to time, but a confirmed booking keeps the price quoted at the time of confirmation unless the guest changes the service or the appointment runs substantially longer than booked for reasons within the guests control.
Where a deposit is paid and the guest cancels within the notice period described in the next section, the deposit is refunded in full, less any payment processing cost that the provider does not return. Where a guest cancels late or does not attend, the deposit may be retained to cover the lost slot.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
The studio asks for at least twenty four hours of notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. That window gives the lounge time to offer the slot to another guest. Notice can be given by phone, text or email, and the time of the message is the time the notice is counted from.
A cancellation made with more than twenty four hours of notice carries no charge, and any deposit is refunded or moved to the new booking at the guests choice. A first cancellation inside that window is usually treated with understanding, with a note on the card and a reminder of the window for next time.
A repeated pattern of late cancellations may lead to a requirement for a deposit on future bookings or to the loss of a regular slot. The studio will say clearly when that step is taken, why it is taken and what the guest can do to return to a normal booking arrangement.
Rescheduling is treated as a cancellation followed by a new booking. The same notice window applies. The studio will always try to find a nearby time before treating a change as a cancellation, because a move that keeps the slot in use costs the lounge nothing.
6. Late Arrival and No Shows
Arriving late shortens the appointment. When a guest arrives more than fifteen minutes after the booked time, the studio may need to reduce the service to fit the remaining window, move the booking to another day or, in the case of a long service, cancel it. Any decision is explained at the desk before work begins.
A guest who does not arrive and does not make contact is recorded as a no show. The deposit, where one was taken, may be retained. A second no show may lead to a requirement for prepayment on future bookings.
The studio understands that traffic, parking and family commitments can cause delays. A phone call as soon as a delay is known helps the lounge plan the rest of the day, and a guest who calls ahead will usually be accommodated where the calendar allows.
Where the studio itself is late or needs to move an appointment, the guest is told as soon as possible and is offered a new time or a full refund of any deposit. The studio does not charge a guest for a delay caused by the studio.
7. Eligibility and Consent
Lash and brow services are offered to adults who can give informed consent. A minor may be seen only with a parent or guardian present or with written consent from that guardian, and the studio may decline a service where the guardian cannot be reached.
A guest confirms that the information given at the consultation is accurate to the best of their knowledge. That includes information about previous reactions, eye conditions, contact lens use, pregnancy, recent cosmetic procedures and any medication that could affect the skin or the eyes.
The studio may decline or stop a service where continuing would be unsafe, where the guest is not comfortable, or where the requested result is not achievable with the products and techniques used in the lounge. In that case the studio explains the reason and offers an alternative where one exists.
Consent to a service is given at the chair and can be withdrawn at any point. If consent is withdrawn during a service, the work stops and the guest is charged for the time and materials already used, at a rate explained at the desk.
8. Patch Tests and Allergies
A patch test is required for first time lash guests and for anyone receiving a brow tint or lamination with a product that is new to them. The test is carried out at least twenty four hours before the appointment so that a reaction has time to appear.
The test does not guarantee that a reaction will not occur later. Allergies can develop over time and can appear after months of trouble free use. A guest who notices itching, swelling, redness or irritation after a service should contact the studio and, where the reaction is severe, seek medical help without waiting.
The studio records the result of each patch test and the products used. Where a guest declines a patch test, the studio may decline to perform the service. That decision protects the guest and the studio, and it is not a comment on the guests judgement.
Guests are asked to tell the studio about any known allergy to adhesives, latex, pigments, nickel or cosmetic ingredients. The studio keeps alternative products where it can, but it cannot guarantee that a product is free of every possible allergen.
9. Guest Responsibilities
A guest is asked to arrive with clean lashes and brows, without eye makeup, and with contact lenses removed where possible. Residue on the lash line weakens the bond and shortens the life of the set, and removing it at the desk uses appointment time.
Guests should tell the studio about a change in health, medication or eye condition before a service, even if the change seems minor. A guest should also mention if a previous set from another studio caused a problem, because the products used elsewhere may differ from those used here.
Guests should follow the aftercare instructions given at the end of the appointment. The first day is the most important: no water on the lash line, no steam, no heavy exercise that produces sweat near the eyes and no oil based products near the roots.
Guests should treat the studio as a calm room. Phone calls are taken outside the treatment area, and conversations are kept low while another guest is on the bed. The lounge is small, and quiet is part of what makes it work.
10. Aftercare and Results
The studio provides a care plan for every service. The plan explains how to cleanse, how to brush, what to avoid and when to return. Following the plan is the main factor that decides how long a set lasts and how a laminated brow holds its shape.
Results vary. Natural lash growth runs in cycles, and the rate at which extensions shed differs from person to person. Skin type, oil production, sleep position, exercise and the use of oil based products all affect retention. The studio can describe typical retention but cannot promise a fixed number of weeks.
Where a guest follows the care plan and still sees unusual shedding in the first week, the studio will check the set and, where the cause is within the studios control, correct it at no charge. The studio will be honest about the cause, whether it lies with the product, the technique, the guests routine or simple growth.
The studio does not recommend or perform any procedure that removes extensions by pulling. Removal is done with a gentle remover at the lounge. Guests who attempt to remove a set at home risk damage to the natural lash and may need a longer break before a new set can be applied.
11. Refill Policy
A refill is booked for a set that is still substantially intact. The usual window is two to three weeks, and the studio will advise the right interval for the guest at the first appointment. A refill includes removal of grown out and twisted extensions, a cleanse of the lash line and replacement of the gaps.
A refill is not available for a set that was applied by another studio. The studio cannot guarantee the adhesive or the application used elsewhere and will not build onto work it cannot inspect from the start. Guests arriving with a set from elsewhere are offered a removal and a fresh set.
If more than half of the extensions are gone, the studio may recommend a partial or full set instead of a refill. That recommendation is made at the desk before any work starts, and the guest can decline and book the refill instead, with the understanding that the result may not match the original map.
A refill booked outside the usual window may still be possible, but the studio will confirm the price and the time needed when the booking is made. The lounge does not use a flat price for every refill because the work involved varies.
12. Retail Products
Aftercare kits and individual products are sold at the lounge. Each product is described at the desk, and the guest is told how to use it. Retail products are intended for personal use and are not a substitute for medical treatment.
A product may be returned unopened within fourteen days of purchase for a refund or an exchange. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the product is faulty. A faulty product will be replaced or refunded, and the studio will report the fault to the supplier where appropriate.
Kits can be refilled at the lounge. The guest brings the pouch and the studio tops up the foam, the cloth or the brush as needed. Refills are priced separately and are not included in the original kit price.
The studio keeps a record of the products sold so that it can trace a batch if a supplier issues a recall. A guest who is contacted about a recall should stop using the product and return it to the lounge for a replacement or a refund.
13. Refunds and Corrections
If a guest is not satisfied with a service, the studio asks to be told within seven days so that the result can be checked while the set or the brow is still fresh. Where the issue is within the studios control, the studio will correct it at no charge. Where a correction is not possible, the studio may offer a partial refund at its discretion.
Refunds are not given for a change of mind after a service has been completed and accepted, for a result that was explained and agreed in the consultation, or for a guest who did not follow the aftercare plan and has seen the set fail early as a result.
Where a deposit is refundable, it is returned to the original payment method within a reasonable period, usually within ten business days of the cancellation. The studio will confirm the refund in writing so the guest has a record.
A guest who believes a charge is wrong should contact the studio before raising a dispute with a payment provider. Most issues can be resolved with a short conversation, and the studio prefers to fix a problem directly rather than through a formal process.
14. Lounge Conduct
The lounge is a small, quiet room. Guests are asked to arrive on time, to keep phone calls outside the treatment area and to keep conversation low while another guest is under the lamp. The studio will ask for a phone to be silenced if it interrupts a service.
The studio does not tolerate abusive or threatening behaviour toward staff or other guests. Where such behaviour occurs, the studio may end a service, refuse future bookings and, in a serious case, contact the authorities. Any refund in that situation is at the studios discretion and will reflect the work already completed.
Food and drink are not permitted in the treatment area, apart from water in a closed bottle. Pets are not permitted except for assistance animals. Children are welcome only when supervised by a second adult who is not the guest receiving the service.
The studio may refuse a service to a guest who arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who is unable to give clear consent. The safety of the guest and the technician comes before the booking.
15. Studio Property and Images
The lash bed, the brow map charts, the lash shelf, the tools and the lounge furniture remain the property of the studio. Guests are asked not to handle the tools or the product drawers. A guest who damages studio property may be asked to cover the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.
The studio may take photographs of a finished set or a laminated brow for its own records or, with express permission, for the studio portfolio. Permission is asked at the time and can be refused without any effect on the service. A guest can withdraw permission later by contacting the studio, and the studio will remove the image from its own channels within a reasonable period.
Guests should keep their belongings with them. The studio provides a small tray for glasses and a hook for a coat, but it cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal items. Where an item is found, the studio will hold it and try to contact the owner.
The studio does not allow filming or recording of a service without the agreement of the technician and of any other guest who might appear. A request to record is considered case by case and may be refused.
16. Limitation of Liability
The studio performs its services with reasonable care and skill. It does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. The limitations below apply only to the extent that the law allows.
To the extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, for loss of income or profit, or for indirect loss arising from a service or from the use of this website. The studio is not liable for a reaction that could not have been foreseen despite an accurate consultation and a completed patch test.
Where the studio is liable for a service, the liability is limited to the price paid for that service, unless a higher limit is required by law. This limit does not reduce a guests statutory rights as a consumer.
The website is provided as it stands. The studio aims to keep the information accurate and the site available, but it does not promise that the site will be free of interruption or error. A broken link or a temporary outage does not give rise to a claim.
17. Indemnity
A guest agrees to cover the studio for reasonable losses that arise from a breach of these terms by the guest, from misuse of the website, or from a failure to disclose information that the guest knew or should have known was relevant to the safety of a service.
This indemnity does not apply to a loss caused by the studio, and it does not require a guest to cover a loss that the guest could not reasonably have foreseen. It is intended to address deliberate misuse, false information and damage to studio property, not ordinary disagreement about a result.
A guest who believes a claim under this section is unfair should raise it with the studio before any payment is made. The studio will explain the basis of the claim and will consider any evidence the guest provides.
18. Website Use
This website is provided for information and for contacting the studio. Visitors may read the pages, follow the links and use the contact form to send a message. Visitors may not attempt to interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, copy it wholesale or use it to distribute malicious code.
The contact form prepares a message in the visitors own email application. The studio does not store form entries on the website. A message sent through the form is treated as an enquiry and is not a confirmed booking until the studio replies.
The studio may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time. Links to outside sites are provided for convenience, and the studio does not control or endorse the content of those sites. A visitor who leaves this site should read the terms and privacy notice of the destination.
Content on this site is written in English. Where a translated version appears in future, the English version remains the reference for these terms.
19. Intellectual Property
The text, layout, illustrations and design of this website belong to the studio and the developer who created it. The business name BEAUTYBYBRYNLEESWARTZ LLC, the tagline used in the lounge and the visual arrangement of the lash shelf, lash bed and brow map are part of the studios identity.
Visitors may print or save a page for personal reference and may share a link to a page. Visitors may not republish substantial parts of the site, use the studio images in advertising without permission, or present the studio content as their own.
Photographs of a guests set or brow belong to the guest. The studio uses such images only with the permission described in the section on studio property and images. A guest who shares a photo of the lounge on a social platform does so under that platforms terms, not under these terms.
A request to use studio content for a review, an article or an event should be sent to hello@brynleebeauty.buzz. The studio will usually agree to a fair use with an acknowledgement, and will say so in writing.
20. Privacy and Personal Information
Personal information is handled under the privacy policy published on this website. That policy explains what is collected, why it is collected, how long it is kept and how a guest can make an access, correction or deletion request.
The privacy policy is a separate document and forms part of the overall arrangement between the guest and the studio. Where these terms refer to a record, a card or a service note, the privacy policy explains how that record is stored and shared.
A guest who has a question about a booking record should raise it with the studio rather than relying on a general description here. The studio will check the actual record and answer from what is held.
21. Events Outside Our Control
The studio is not responsible for a failure to perform a booking caused by an event outside its reasonable control. Such events include severe weather, a power outage, a building flood, a fire, a public health order, a supplier failure that removes a necessary product or a sudden illness of the technician.
Where such an event occurs, the studio will contact the guest as soon as possible, offer a new time and refund any deposit in full. The studio will not charge a cancellation fee in these circumstances.
The studio keeps a small buffer of products so that a supplier delay does not usually cancel a booking. Where a substitution is necessary, the guest will be told before the service and can decline without charge.
22. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws that apply in the state where the studio is located, without regard to conflict of law rules. A guest who is a consumer keeps the benefit of any mandatory protection in the law of their own place of residence.
Before any formal step is taken, the studio asks that the guest contact the studio directly so that the issue can be discussed and, where possible, resolved. Most disputes arise from a misunderstanding about timing, price or aftercare, and most can be settled with a short conversation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the parties may agree to mediation or to another form of alternative dispute resolution. Where a court is needed, the claim may be brought in a court that has jurisdiction over the guest or over the studio, as the applicable law allows.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent relief where a delay would cause serious harm, for example to protect property or safety.
23. Changes to These Terms
The studio may update these terms to reflect a change in the services, the prices, the booking process or the law. The updated version will be published on this page with a new date, and the main changes will be described in plain language.
A booking that is already confirmed is governed by the terms in force when it was confirmed, unless the guest agrees to the new version. A guest who does not agree with an update can complete the current booking under the previous version and is not required to make a further booking.
Continuing to use the website after an update means that the visitor accepts the updated terms for that use. Reading the page before booking is the simplest way to keep track of what applies.
24. Contact and Notices
Notices to the studio should be sent to BEAUTYBYBRYNLEESWARTZ LLC at hello@brynleebeauty.buzz or by phone at +18027557685. The postal address is 3079 S 2500 W, Syracuse - 84075-4916, United States (US). The studio answers messages during opening hours and aims to reply within one business day.
Notices to a guest are sent to the email address or phone number recorded on the booking. A guest should keep those details current so that a confirmation or a change reaches them in time. The studio is not responsible for a notice that fails because an address is out of date.
These terms, together with the privacy policy and the service descriptions on this website, form the whole agreement between the guest and the studio. Anything discussed at the desk that is not written into these documents does not change the agreement unless the studio confirms it in writing.
The studio thanks every guest who reads these terms. A clear understanding of the booking, aftercare and refund rules keeps the lounge calm and lets the work stay focused on lashes, brows and the quiet room around them.
